Richard L. Fox III earned his J.D. Degree from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law after receiving his undergraduate B.S. Degree from North Carolina State University where he majored in Business Management.
Richard has represented clients in a broad range of simple and complex Business/Commercial litigation. These matters include shareholder and partnership disputes, disputes relating to the purchase and sale of businesses, business torts, construction, employment disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, consumer protection, real and intellectual property, product liability and professional malpractice.
Richard practices in all North Carolina state courts, North Carolina Court of Appeals, federal court, the North Carolina Business Court.
A Fayetteville native, Richard is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of West Fayetteville and is a devoted father who spends most of his spare time with his son.
