William O. “Billy” Richardson has been practicing law in North Carolina since his admission to the Bar in 1980. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a zealous, effective litigator, in and out of the courtroom. He has appeared in front of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Billy is active politically and served the people of Cumberland County for eleven years as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.

He continues to build The Richardson Firm, in hopes of providing zealous, competent representation for each client that he has the pleasure of representing.
