Patrick Anstead is an experienced criminal defense attorney with extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system that clients can rely on during the most difficult time in their lives. Mr. Anstead has handled high-profile cases and worked to solve his client’s most challenging problems in both State and Federal court, to include representing military service members and civilians charged with criminal offenses occurring on Fort Bragg. He has fought successfully in court to obtain dismissals of charges, not guilty verdicts, and other favorable outcomes.
Mr. Anstead’s favorite part of practicing law is client interaction. He believes that getting to know a client to understand their needs is crucial to achieving the best outcome for each person.
Mr. Anstead is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in International Affairs. He earned his law degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
